    Since both isotopes are from the same element, J will be the same for both. This gives a_2/a_1 = (mu_2/I_2)*(I_1/mu_1). To find mu_2 this can be rewriten as mu_2 = mu_1*(a_2*I_2)/(a_1*I_1)
