    An electron in the 1s orbital in the hydrogen atom is the ground state of the electron, and because of some math the probability to find the electron around the nucleus forms a spherical cloud. So if you go and measure the position of the electron in space taking the nucleus as your reference point you’ll find that the average position is at the center of the nucleus.
