suppose you have a carousel with a magnetometer inside the centre of the carousel. now imagine a child holding a bar magnet riding the carousel on a specific horse.
the magnetic field that is measured in the centre is the dipolar hyperfine field.

Now if the child was holding a charged ball, the magnetometer would see a moving charge. The magnetic field observed by the magnetometer by this moving charge from the horses position is the orbital hyperfine field.

Lastly, suppose a special child called Fermi is holding both the charged ball and the bar magnet and found the way to the magnetometer. the magnetic field that the magnetometer measures with the ball-bar child is the Fermi hyperfine field
