Axial Symmetry

1. From the equation we have axial symmetry if V_xx = V_yy, i.e. if eta = 0.
2. From the picture we can recognise the axial symmetry by the fact that the configuration is symmetric around the z-axis, i.e. a rotation in the x-y plane does not change the configuration
