From the image, it can be deducted that:
The nucleus has spin 1, that splits into three levels +1,0,-1 .
The hyperfine field is unequeal to zero as a splitting is occuring.
It is not possible for me to deduct if the nucleus is inside a material.
At low temperatures I would expcect something like Bose-Einstein condensation.
Where the state with the lowest energy is the most populated but others also appear.
