Fe-I has 3 4-fold rotation axis => eta=0 if these axis are chosen as a basis
Fe-IIa has a 4-fold rotation axis (z axis of the PAS) and 2 2-fold rotation axis => eta=0
Fe-IIb has a infinite-fold rotation axis (z axis of the PAS) and 2 2-fold rotation axis => eta=0
