    Fe-I: there are 3 four-fold rotation axes and so eta = 0, and the EFG = 0 for all three axes being used as z-axes of the system.
    Fe-II: 1 four-fold and 2 two-fold rotation axes, so eta = 0 for the four-fold axis as rotation axis.
