Fe-I: relevant rotation axis is the base axis of the crystal (z-axis). So the PAS symmetries are around the z-axis for the four-fold symmetry of the crystal.
Fe-II: relevant rotation axis is the base axis and y-axis. So the PAS symmetries are around the z and y-axis.
