    The values of I_1, µ_1 and I_2 are known and the value of a_1 and a_2 can be measured. If we divide a_1 by a_2, we find that µ_2 = (a_2 * I_2 * µ_1)/(a_1 * I_1) from which the value of µ_2 can be found.
